Individual Support and Services
Individual support may include:
Troubleshooting and resolution of digital issues, setting up new computers, tvs, cell phones, and/or tablets, including cable and streaming services, online safety (banking, shopping, browsing),
Support / service needs will be clarified in advance
Individual sessions (1-2 people ) will provide training and assistance in setting up apps and features on/for phones, tablets/iPads, or computers or other digital devices (hearing aids, watches, AirPods, etc.) Content will be identified and approved in advance.
Remote sessions (1-2 people)
Please note: Prices are inclusive of completing the work requested during the consultation (diagnosing, repairing, installing, updating, etc., or determining need to update/get new).
Anastasia Island
On-Site: $50 initial consultation fee + $45 for each additional hour (pro-rated)
City of St. Augustine, St. Augustine South/Shores
On-Site: $55 initial consultation fee + $45 for each additional hour (pro-rated)
North St. Augustine (World Golf Village, SR 16)
On-Site: $65 initial consultation fee + $45 for each additional hour (pro-rated)
